I contacted months prior (maybe around February) to schedule an appointment to register at no3 as was wanting to make this my new dentist from all the reviews and good words from others. Downside is after the call with someone (cant remember their name unfortunately) they said to come in for 11th May at 3pm so scheduled it in my diary on my phone and also booked a half day holiday from work to ensure I was able to attend.When I arrived I was told I was not on the system and was told by the lady at reception I should have received a text about the appointment but I wasn't aware I was to receive a text confirmation.I was then told I could have an examination done for £65 to register however the next available appointment isn't until August.I'm not willing to wait another lot of months so unfortunately won't be registering.I've provided two star review instead of one because the staff do seem nice and the lady at reception was very sympathetic so I appreciate the kindness but wouldn't want another customer looking to register and have the same experience waiting months to be told it's not booked in.

I really can’t put into words how incredibly grateful I am for this dentist, not just dr ali but every person I’ve came across in dentistry @ no 3. My teeth were my biggest insecurity, they destroyed my confidence and self esteem so I decided enough was enough and made the appointment. From receptionist to dental practitioner the level of service is second to none. Every aspect of my treatment from assessment to finally having the finished result (which I love) was always discussed at every step, in what was a long process for me to get to having confidence simply to smile in public. I have visited this practise on numerous occasions for routine, cosmetic and emergency services. I cannot speak highly enough of every member of staff I have come into contact with. Dentist Rebecca and her nurse Claire have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to make sure I was seen and treated when in pain. Ali is a total perfectionist and guided and reassured me throughout the process, which seemed daunting at first but I needn’t have worried. The lab matched the new implant to my teeth perfectly and it was painless throughout, which is incredible. The team are all excellent, I wish I’d had it done years ago. Thank you!

I have recently had some extensive work done with Rebecca. I first visited Dentistry at No 3 due to getting married and being really unhappy with my smile. I was nervous and embarrassed. At first point meeting Leigh the smile advisor, then meeting Rebecca for the first time I was instantly put at ease. Rebecca talked through what she thought and a treatment plan,and let you know what was going on every step of the way. I have never been a fan on the dentist, however 4 months after my first visit - I really don’t mind it! I have always had a fear of the dentist until I recently came to dentistry @ no 3 and I met rebecca. I had to get some quite invasive treatment which was surprisingly all pain free. A friend recommended dentistry at no.3 to me when I mentioned how self conscious I was feeling about my teeth and from the consultation right through to the final result I can honestly say that it was the best decision ever choosing dentistry at no.3 for my treatment.Ive had high speed braces to straighten my teeth and composite bonding to get the shape of tooth that I desired and have also had bleaching to give me a brighter smile.Ali told me the braces would take around 6 months but we had them off in around 4 which was a bonus!! The team are so inviting and professional, Ali explains everything he’s doing through the treatment and all of the aftercare thoroughly. So happy with my new smile!😁

Received a first class service! My son contacted Dentistry @ No 3 after having a fall and knocking his teeth. Our own dentist didn't see this as an emergency but Dentistry @ No 3 did. They fitted him in that day (bearing in mind that he was not registered with them) and gave him an outstanding service from start to finish! They were patient, friendly and understanding, I cannot recommend them enough. Since then both my daughter and I have changed to Dentistry @ No 3 and haven't looked back! Rebecca made us feel at ease and neither of us are dreading going to the dentist! My appointment with Laura (hygienist) was really informative, she spent time with me answering all sorts of questions. I definitely made the right choice changing to Dentistry @ No 3.

I had just moved over from Canada and needed dental work. Rebecca treated my cavities and it was the most painless procedure I’ve ever had done! She used specialized needles and I mean it when I say I felt nothing! Rebecca and her staff gave me a very warm welcome to Scotland! Can not recommend enough, especially if you have a fear of the dentist like I do! Will definitely be going back!

Wife got implant as recommended by dentistry no3 to ‘last a lifetime’ Implant has now fractured after 5 years and dentistry no3 want 3 x original cost to fix. Not their fault as the guy who worked there has retired... unbelievable... avoid at all costs

Excellent dental practice, with excellent staff. Alistair is a great dentist - definitely one of the best dentists I have been too! The rest of the staff are brilliant and made me feel very welcome and valued. If you live near Dunfermline, I highly recommend the place.
